These murals are fabulous. I have never even been inside a Trader Joe's but I am definitely going to visit one because of the murals. Why would anyone defend that Erdman creature when you can just go to a Trader Joe's and see real art on the walls? In all fairness - when I first saw those things Erdman traced and put together I thought he was perhaps developmentally delayed. So, if he is mentally challenged, we should cut him some slack. He's doing the best he can.
